Our bodies are constantly changing. Each stress and joy brings a new shift, thus every body is a new challenge, each and every day. Knowing a person's history is important, but for me, being able to tune into and listen to what stories their body has to say is even more vital.
Working intuitively allows me to find the root of a problem, not just its superficial symptoms.
The Method: A series of gentle holding points are used to locate areas of weak fluid flow or tissue motion beginning at the sacrum and moving along the spine to the cranium and limbs.
The Goal: Enhance the healing process and aid all of the body's functions to promote relaxation and well-being.
The Method: Manual Gliding, Kneading, Tapping, Cross Fiber Friction and Vibration of both superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue working within the individual's level of comfort.

The Goal: Muscle relaxation, pain relief, increase blood and lymph flow, rebalance the autonomic nervous system and realign the structure.
The Method: Slow and deep fascial rolling moves and stretches over precise body points across are balanced with 2-5 minute rest periods to stimulate and soothe muscles and joints.
The Goal: To harmonize the Physical Structure, Energy Body, Aura and Chakras, thus creating feelings of wholeness, strength, clarity, and happiness.
The Method: Static holding points and gentle rocking moves are used to release areas of blockage or restriction in the structure, organs, meridians and energy fields.
The Goal: To enhances one's experience of health and vitality on all levels by balancing body energy with body structure.
The Method: Gentle, non-invasive stretching and static holding points following the breath and creating feed-back loops which slowly bring the body back to a neutral or "Zero Balance".
Clients remain fully clothed
The Goal: Create an all over sense of calm and relaxation using the principles of Ayurvedic head massage.
The Method: The head, neck, shoulders and back are slowly and methodically released using
a variety of holding, pressing, rubbing and tugging techniques.
